Who we are

DNS Property Development Limited, 2 The Sidings, East Aberthaw, Barry, CF62 3FZ. Company number 17257587. You can contact us about your data using the form on our website, or by replying to any email we have sent you.

What we collect

When you send us your project or book a call we collect your name, phone number, email address, postcode, what you are planning, anything you tell us about it, and any photos you choose to add.

Why we collect it

To reply to you, arrange your free home visit, prepare a quotation and carry out the work you ask us to do.

Before you become a customer, we use your details because you have asked us to take steps towards a contract, such as a home visit or a quotation. If you go ahead, we use them to carry out that contract. We do not use your details for marketing, and we never sell them.

Who we share it with

We only share your details with the services that help us run the website and reply to you:

  • Cloudflare, which hosts our website and checks that enquiries come from real people.
  • Resend, which sends our emails, including the confirmation of your enquiry.
  • WhatsApp (Meta), only if you choose to send us your details or photos by WhatsApp.
  • Google, if you book a call with us through our booking page.

Each of these services handles your details only to provide that service to us.

How long we keep it

If your enquiry does not lead to work, we delete your details after 12 months. If you become a customer, we keep your records for 6 years after the work is finished, because we need them for tax, accounts and any warranty or legal questions.

Your rights

You can ask to see, correct or delete the information we hold about you at any time. Contact us using the form on our website and we will respond within one month. If you are unhappy with how we have handled your details, you can complain to the Information Commissioner's Office (ico.org.uk).

Cookies

We do not use advertising or tracking cookies. Cloudflare may set a small cookie that is needed to keep the website secure and check that you are a real person when you send an enquiry.
